Submitting a JUMP application?

Applications must include:

All JUMP applications, regardless of where you are based, must be sent to Youth Arts Queensland:

Applications must be sent by 5pm in your time zone on the closing date; no exceptions are possible. Youth Arts Queensland will provide email confirmation of the attachments received within 2 working days. Keep an electronic copy of your application, and email jump@yaq.org.au if you don't receive confirmation within this timeframe.

JUMP has a strong preference for receiving application forms and support material via email.

If you are unable to access email facilities, please phone a JUMP representative relevant to your state at least two weeks prior to the application closing date to make alternative submission arrangements.

Downloading a JUMP application form?

You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to complete and save your changes to the Artist Application Form and Mentor Statement Form. It is strongly recommended that you download free PDF Adobe Acrobat Reader software here, download and save application forms to your computer, then open them from the Adobe program before you begin typing into form fields. This recommendation is particularly important for Mac users who are likely to have an alternative default program for reading PDFs. Please contact a JUMP representative for step by step instructions if required.

If you require assistance accessing forms in alternative formats (eg. Word doc for screen reader use), please contact the JUMP representative in your state.
